[Champion Concept] Rune the Vagabond Thief

Lore: Rune was always a rich child living off prosperous parents that owned the Piltover Treasury. Living in a vast mansion for almost all of his childhood had intoxicated him into a little brat , growing into his teen years he got everything he could ever want at a moments notice, as he grew through his teen years and into (young) adulthood there started being reports of a manic and impulsive criminal tearing up settlements and towns close to Piltover. Later into his adulthood Runes parents passed away and as heir to a massive fortune Rune thought that his life was set and he would be able to sit back and relax for almost all of his life. One morning Rune awakened to the sound of fireworks, 'Bit early for celebration' Rune thought to him self as he pulled back the curtains. Piltover the 'City of Progress' was now a cesspool of destruction and anarchy, Rune watched as rockets came from every direction blowing up Hospitals, Schools and... the treasury. Everything was gone, the gold, the bonds and all deeds to property owned in Piltover as he looked at where his parents riches once lay he saw the a glowing light of a dagger with a runic inscription on the hilt as he looked to the only standing wall of the treasury he saw the words "You can't catch me". Rune had lost everything and there was only one person to blame, Jinx. Rune turned to his old friends but they turned him away he had no money he was nothing. Rune turned to a life of thievery and made his means by pick pocketing and robbery Rune never stayed in the same place for 2 reasons,he couldn't get caught and he had to find Jinx. After hearing Jinx went into the league he followed to end this once and for all.

Gameplay: Rune is a melee assassin that thrives in duels and skirmishes.

Abilities: I'm not sure about the numbers and balancing of these abilities i have no idea about that i just like the idea of a thief champion.

Passive: Hustle - Rune gains 5 1 (level 5).I'm not sure what to do for the ultimate so discuss it in the comments. R- Runic Dash - Rune throws his runic dagger dealing damage and adding the mark of larceny to anyone in it&forged gold every time he last hits a minion, after gaining enough forged gold he can buy items off of the black market. (still thinking about the items)
