Just some changes to her abilities to make her more popular in competitive play.

Q = Unchanged.

W = Passive speed boost only depletes from champion or turret damage. Attack speed bonus lasts longer.

E = If enemy's stay within the area for too long they are snared for 1.00 sec/ 2.00 sec. Deals physical damage to minions and neutral monsters.

R = Miss Fortune can move while casting her ultimate but her movement speed is reduced by 60%/70%/80% or whatever.

For an Mf player, this would make me very happy. That is all :).MissFortune

Why on earth would we want to add a powerful buff to nearly every ability on an already powerful champion? Do you want her to have NO downsides at all? It would make me happy as a Rengar main if his Q did 100% max hp true damage, but I don't want that to happen because the banrate would skyrocket. Do you want that to happen to MF?
