New champion idea please read it and give me your opinion

it is a new assassin concepts :

1. As her design she is a half masked assassin covering her mouth only showing her eyes and hair and she hold 2 metal " kyoketsu-shoge knife " ,one in each hand (it is a knife attached to a long chain google it if you want ). she hide the chains under her sleeves only showing the knifes .(if you watch the japanese animation Naruto she look like a female version of kakashi )

2. As a back story for lore. we never get to see among champions of league of legends a relation between a father and a daughter (or son) (there is 2 brothers Darius and Draven or.... but never father daughter champions). since she is a assassin champion she can be a assassin daughter and his student and who is the coolest assassin and not expected to have a daughter . the winner is Zed ( her mother can be a hidden secret making her lore more exciting ) .she is her father student and learning the shadow ways .

3. As her spells (and this is the important part):she is melee need mana or can be with energy.

passive:the lower her hp the more movement speed she get.

Q: a skill shoot ,she slap her 2 chains (the ones attached to her arms) on the ground (the 2 chains with her body make the letter " U ") (you can say like illaoi Q animation but with both hands ).

W:you press W and her first auto attake do more damage and mark the place where you W (you don't mark the enemy it is like kata passive placing a mark in the ground ) and you have a 3 seconds if you press W again you go back the marked place .(it can have a great animation since she is using her father shadow techniques ,the mark on the ground look like the enemy shadow and she can use then like her father W ,not to duplicate her spells but to teleport to them ). you can W the minions and still placing a mark.

E:she launch her 2 chains in front of her like Pantheon E and slowing the enemy she hit. (animation like making with her chains the letter " V " then " X " then " V " and returning then chains hiding then under her sleeves only showing the knifes .

R:she remove the mask on her mouth and launch a dark chains from her mouth (like Urgot R) if she hit a enemy champion she do damage and she have a 3 seconds window to press R again and she can teleport behind them. the cool new thing about this skill shoot the chain can't go through wall but it bounce on walls (like playing billiards) .(example ganging bot lane and between her and the adc there is the tanky support , she R on the wall in a way making it bounce and go around the supp and hit the adc ) . as a cool animation after removing the mask her mouth is black like a shadow and get wide open and bigger launching the dark chain .she look cute but when she ulti it shows her true face .
