Is there any way we can unlock all the skins in League of legends without having to physically purchase RP in order to purchase a skin. I would really like to know, is it apart of the refer a friend program or is their not a way to unlock it?
buying Rp or having someone gift you are the only ways
Skins can only be purchased by RP, some earned from refer a friend and some others can be gained from the liking/following/subscribing facebook page, twitter or youtube channel.
Or if you're lucky enough to be gifted by someone.
Participate in prize tournaments for chances to win RP and then use that RP to purchase skins. There are some skins that are only available by participating in a Riot Sponsered Tourney like Triumphant Ryze (Which I happen to own.)
