I decided to transform Karthus into a female version. Yea I know, he's supposed to be a mean looking old undead.. But why not give him tons of wrinkle removal cream and a sex change! So here she is. I kept a bit of the undead looking thing on her face by giving her a tattoo the shape of a skull. Sorry if it's over sexualised for you, I just love drawing girls with luscious bodies :)
