Why doesn't league expand its individual summoner identity page?
A "facebook" inside the league client. Where you can upload a profile pic and what not. Something like steam.

Because right now technically Summoners no longer exist in lore pending Riot revision of metaplot.
Also, limiting profile icons to options provided in-game guarantees players can't upload anything obscene or offensive.
