Janna VU Concept

after seeing quite a few posts about a Janna VU, I thought I'd give it a shot. :'D

things I wanted to have in the design are:

keep it pretty similar to the original, I wanted the main changes to just be colour scheme and outfit.
light, flowing outfit. show skin as she is a little mischievous, and because a lot of clothes/armour would feel constricting for a wind spirit.
very pale with hints of grey/blue/purple, colours of a stormy sky. -take some inspiration from Riot Hylia's concept, as it seems quite popular, particularly having the feet fade.

I think I made her a bit too sexy, and the outfit too simple, but like I said i didn't want her to be weighed down by a ton of clothing. I probably should have also tried to make her look less human, but oh well. I did my best lol. [sg-janna]

I like it, but I'm not sold on it as a Janna concept mostly because of her bottom. The rest of her outfit is very flowy, but then you have her lower half that is a tight leotard thing. Perhaps look at doing a translucent skirt/petticoat, or taking a page from Evelynn and just not have her really wear anything. The way her ~~underwear~~ clothes appear so stiff in her splash (and Riot Hylia's concept) has always been weird to me, because it adds hard lines to a wind based character.

Your painting style is gorgeous :) The only thing I'm a little confused about is what garment that is on her lower half. Half a body suit? It looks a little out of place. But that's a nitpick, the colors and the detail on her face are really great~

Gorgous! and no dont worry it isnt like sexy in the sense that she is sexualized, she is beautiful and that makes her attractive in that sense. Im honestly so happy with your staff redesign its the best I have seen by far.

I actually have a kinda neat idea... you know those metallic stick on tattoos? what about something similar on her leg(s) but in a silver color. I think it would add just enough more detail without taking away from the simplicity. Just a neat little idea though.

this is the best concept i've seen so far for janna. not a fan of the feathers on the staff but other than that it's perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous. Because of how elegant you've made her it doesn't come across as sexual or "sexy" at all, more "graceful and beautiful". I'd love to see Janna's design turn into this, Bravo!

You know, I actually like this better than Hylia's work that always gets reposted. It really captures a lot of her spirit, both literally and symbolically.

Its time Riot starts considering VU's again. Ezreal and possibly Morgana could be full proof that these could be very successful and perhaps lucrative experiments.

I'm not quite sure about feathers on her - I know it's strange, but somehow they don't fit quite right for me. I don't know where the inspiration for the original staff comes from, but I really do like how the staff is a "solid" part of her in every skin. I especially love her staff in frost queen and tempest.
