A SIMPLE Gamemode

TL:DR Version: 5v5 Rift mode where there is no items or summon spells. Just pure stats, abilities, and skill.

Requires barely any coding. Why not have a 5 v 5 Rift Mode...where there are/is: 1: NO ITEMS 2: NO SUMMON SPELLS 3: Weaker towers (for obvious reasons) 4: Ban Champ Select 5: Wards (same for trading of the ward trinkets) Obviously some champions will be very powerful such as pull champs, invis champs, hidden shrooms, fast movements, Veigar and Nases Stacks AND SO ON...hence why a ban select.

This will also help collect important data with ACTUAL game play, not this "Mid lane testing" the balance team does. You can see which characters rely to much on items, and which rely a lot on stats/abilities. Also helps find out which champion rely on stats/abilities that make the snowball effect, or the items the champion now will lack that would cause the snowball.

Easy coding, just remove gold gain, or remove the shop (though due to pyke...just make shop unusable so you can't exploit his ult). Pretty sure adjusting the Tower stats won't be difficult.
