Interested in Creating an Amateur League

Hello, my name is MachoCaribou and I have been playing league of legends since season 5. I have consistently been in plat elo for most of my career but I've struggled to find organized 5v5 competition. I love paying attention to the pro scene and I watched every game of worlds this year. The organization of the leagues and the tournaments interested me so much that it makes me want to create my own league for people who are not pros, or even high elo for that matter. What I want to know is whether or not other plats, or players of other ranks, would be interested in competing in an "amateur LCS" so to speak. If anyone would like to talk or exchange thoughts/interests, please comment or DM my summoner name (MachoCaribou).
