New Game Mode Idea

Hmmm... I do dislike the system of lasting hitting and does make a lot of drama in the game, for both minions and enemy champion. I like argument that you (or player in the video) made. Allow me to talk about both options and add more if I may. Before I beginning, I want to say that at the current position you made it to be, it would not work. Just making a mode where minions have twice the stats or shared gold is not enough for it to be its independent (permanent, preferably) mode. So you would need to create more to it to make it a separate mode. I highly doubt that these two changes would make a big enough game play difference that players would actually have a preference.
Minions have twice HP, damage, and armour. I like the idea and I could see a more strategic mode where players will have to think of minions more in the mid and late game when they lane push. This would mean that respond timers would have to be different but minor issue. The only issue with this would be mid game tower divers would be so easy. As someone who plays Ahri, by the mid game, I can use my q to clear the caster minions and a additional w to clear the melee minions. This becomes key when I am defending myself when my bot lane has fallen and I am trying to stall. Having minions have so much health would mean no champion is safe under a turret. You would need two wave clearing champions to actual stall but the meta would change to those who can dive or have tons of burst to murder anyone under a turret and run away. That is the only clear issue that there is in that suggestion.
I do not think this would work as much for solo laners, junglers would have a love/hate relationship, and supports would love it while Marksmen HATE it. Supports would love it as now they can actually get gold and can do something (with regards to their build) while marksmen would hate it as it hinders them. Solo laners would not care about it. Junglers would like it for those laner who are ignorant and take cs after a successfully gank but it when they do take it, they have less than they would if they have it all. An AOE like Amumu could go ahead and tear up the whole wave and get half gold. A single target jungler would want to get the last hit and get the whole benefit but could not. So I think this mode has less potential than anything else.
For these two, you would have to take these ideas and build upon it, make it something more. Because as it is, this is too small to even be a temporary mode. I would like to see this be implemented, so add some more to it. I can give suggestions if you wish.
personally thi think its a great idea cause i believe it would make laneing easier, do about 3/4's of the minions health and let your minions do the last bit of work for you rather than practiceing timeing, alsoi think it would make KS less likely to occur cause people want to do the most dmg AND get the last hit for all the rewards rather than waiting till your team does the dirty work while your ekko or akali for example then jump onto them for last hit kill and get all the rewards, my only problem is that i play ekko and akali alot and i think its the funniest thing in the world to vulture my team and make sure no enemys sneak off, especially ekko cause he's great with range that akali lacks... also im totally down with doubling minion health but dmg is a bit to far, minions are just under the marker for OP as is because most of my deaths after i rush in pick up a kill after a close fight but then i see a wonderful orb of magic tracking me takeing me only a second to realize that i have about less than 30 HP remaining, when the attack hits i die my team might flame me and sound more depressed or pissed off for the rest of the game and about 10 minutes or until i forgot entirely on what happened that match, so doubling the health of minions is fine but dmg is a pretty big no-no in my books, now maybe shop item costs could be lowered to compensate with the lower chance you will get gold in lane from last hits? personally great idea! just a couple rougher edges than the other edges but y'know, eventually riot may find your post like i did and maybe even consider it an update
