His Sword is a pool noodle

His W is a big ol' bubble and it pops when the active is done, or it could be a beach umbrella or some jazz

His E Dash makes him go on a boogie board with like a small wave underneath him or somethin

For his ult climbs up a ladder to a diving board while its channeling, and he jumps off and cannonballs when he's teleporting to whoever he's ulting

Love the idea, but I'd rather get an ult channel that involves him making water ripple around him before a huge splash makes him disappear.
