Idea for connection problems

Hi, my name is Laurens and im a player in EUW. I really enjoy playing this game and i have been doing so for 3 years. Where ever i go i like to take my laptop so i can play league. A problem i sometimes encounter in a strange environment is that i dont know how good the internet is. A thing that sometimes happens to me and i can imagine causes a bit of a problem all over league, is i start a game and after it started i find out the internet isnt good enough to support league and i end up not being able to play that game. To test this i usually make a custom game but that can take some time. My suggestion is; Make a test connection button which checks what your ping would be ingame. This way ppl can check their internet, and wont join games with bad internet and therefor ruin the experience for others.
