Ideas that can help rioters create new characters and ideas of reworks

In the past time riot has gone long and prospered. And i believe that league is coming to its next biggest step.

In the year 2016 many characters were nerfed or buffed, or created. But now in 2017 a new season has approached and is ready for maybe even riot to ask others for ideas perhaps such as who and what characters need to be worked on.

In my gaming career i believe that skarner is a rare sight for me to see, though its to believe that he's crazy hard to play as. I hope that riot may one day even put a contest up for artist to create characters that can help put more storys on the line and even share background for other champs.

To the rioters i wish them luck and to take care of themselfs at times when things get the hardest wethet its from nerfs and buffs to creating new champs.
