Quinn and Valor Update?

First of all makes me sad that a champion like Quinn and Valor are called trash because they are compared to champions OP like Vayne. I think Quinn basic attack should gain range and damage because she is a fighter she needs to survive in team fights and do a lot of damage,

if she falls behind is amazingly defficult to get back, but with champions as Vayne and Kalista doesn't matter if they fall behind because when they get one single kill is great game. Is not fair, she needs something to make her special and stronger. That's what I would really like.

Vayne, for examplr, has the annoying jump and passive with EVERYTHING she hits, Quinn doesnt. Quinn has a slow but is not strong enough and blind is good in 1 vs 1 la ningún but after it turns useless. Vayne has an ult that turns her invisible everytime she does he flip or jump which is annoying. Vayne is way too over power and to face it is really difficult.

I would like for Quinn to be more appreciated.

I got a lot of love for her. I actually like to play her top though. She really is great for laning since most tops are melee and for the few ranged tops, she out damages them with passive and higher AD base and scaling. Also, that bird form for easy chase.

I know it's not an optimal build, but she has great sustain and chase with this build path. It can be oppressive in lane. And great for picking off wondering supports trying to ward.
