Eldritch Horror Bard (king in yellow?)

Were I artistically inclined I would post a rough sketch, but I am afraid I must settle for description.

Bard's head piece, not the mask, would be similar to the horns found on night-gaunts. His beard/hair would be the necessary tentacles. His arms and legs would need to be made to look more skeletal and stretched, preferably one of the arms (one that does the throwing of the meeps) would split into two forearms at the elbow. He would wear tattered yellow robes, with blood stained fringes. His mask altered to resemble a skull. Bard could have two-six wings which would unfold and move when he picked up a chime.

The instrument and the ball would just need a recoloring, they are pretty alien as is, or the could be made to look more spiky with protrusions and more broken looking curvy lines. The meeps could be reformed into something like a vargouille, picture an old school vampire head with wings and tentacle hair. The chimes should be altered to look like obelisks with adequately spooky glowing writing on their sides.

The Q projectile could be an ethereal hand. W shrines would start as puddles which would grow into flailing tentacled angler fish-things. The E gate could be a mouth, with the obligatory tentacles, on either end. If possible, the ult could grow a city over the duration which crumbles to dust when it ends.

Of course, further refinements, pictures, comments are welcome.
