I think it would be a dope idea to create a series of fetish skins for female characters. Example "Dominatrix Miss Fortune", "Slave Ashe", "Catsuit Katarina" or something similar.
As most of the LoL players are male, I believe those would be quite desirable and pleasant to play hehe.
Except LoL has a TEEN rating.
Then don't forget SJW's, feminists, and a slew of other things.

Eh. I'd rather have cool and interesting skins. I don't play league for boobs I play it for many reasons but here mainly because of lore and story.

Most are male??? Most LoL players I know are females... Literally all my friends who play LoL are only females... All my male friends are busy with CS;GO and pokemon Go aand everything else that has GO to make em feel alpha... Lel
Being a girl that plays this game.. I wouldn't care either way. It's a game, but as Mistress Shyvana has stated... you have all these things to consider when bringing something like that to the table. You'll have your males/females who love it, don't love it, find it disgusting, or even disrespectful. Sucks, but its true. A lot of these female champs are reveling enough, but Riot gets by with it because it isn't too much. Just enough.
