I believe this skin was called Rococo Orianna, but I still like it. I've seen dozens of skin concepts for Orianna and they're all amazing compared to what Orianna has now.

I read a concept for a legendary Orianna skin a while ago that really piqued my interest. It would evolve like Pulsefire ezreal in that she starts out as a doll but as she levels up, becomes more and more human. The concept sounds interesting but I don't know about how it'd actually be in execution. Especially if the ball turned into a creepy hunk of flesh.
