Morgana's passive

As a champion that evolved mainly into a support role, I'd like to see her with a more fitting passive similar to leona's or braum's.

How is a passive that frees her from needing to spend her limited gold income on potions not good for a support?

Right, you always want to make sure to harass that WAVE with your abilities. Wouldn't want to punish your lane opponents or anything.
