Shyvana Bone Claw Skin

Hi Guys and Gals, First time forum post. Woot!

Was curious about something: just picked up Shyvana and purchased the Bone Claw skin and, to my disappointment, she doesn't transform into a bone dragon after ulting :(. I will admit my Google-Fu is weak, as I should have searched before the purchase, but why? I was so excited at the thought of using a bone-dragon Shyvana.

Assuming this was intended for whatever reason, has there been any inquires about this in the past? Would it be of any benefit to suggest this to riot?
