So at the end of the Burning Tides event, TF says “Now we just need to find your gun.” Meaning Graves does not actually own Destiny anymore but does mention that he knows " a really good gunsmith in Piltover.” We also have the marksman update coming up pretty soon. So my question is, will we be seeing this within the new marksman update?

The only champion that CT has worked on that has percent health damage is Darius and Zed and Zed dos it as bonus magic damage.

Kalista and Morde BOTH have percent max hp damage, both are magic though not true. Kalista's w passive with her oathsworn, and Mordekaiser's R.

Darius does not have anything related to % health damage. You could argue on the fact that his Q** heals **him for 36% missing health but we are talking about "damage".
Zed has it on his passive.
