So at the end of the Burning Tides event, TF says “Now we just need to find your gun.” Meaning Graves does not actually own Destiny anymore but does mention that he knows " a really good gunsmith in Piltover.” We also have the marksman update coming up pretty soon. So my question is, will we be seeing this within the new marksman update?

Marksman update is actually just a hype train to bring back Graves cigar
At the time of the event, wasn't Graves as his skin "Cutthroat Graves" represents? Thus, that means he lost that "gun" (handheld cannon), and went and got his current shotgun shortly thereafter in Piltover.
Next even must be piltover. Bilgewater event got us a new Gangplank model, Piltover one will give us new TF/Graves models and probably a skin for one or more of the traditional Piltover characters.
I don't know. Quin-barreled shotgun?

None of the Marksmen are receiving VUs unfortunately :(
This will be gameplay driven updates. There'll be a few visual modifications to support kit changes, but nothing that qualifies as a visual upgrade. Think the same sort of levels of art adjustments as the juggernaut changes in 5.16.
