Skins Selling and Bets

Hi ,Im Bogdan . I already play this game from 2012 ,and I love it . But I want something to be changed/added. I have a lot of skins from different champions . And I got bored of them . I want to sell them ,for a lower amount of RP of course . I think this can be something that will be so usefull to League of Legends players . Would be great if will be added an selling market on league . Betting . The second thing . I got inspired from Counter Strike Global Offesive . I think betting on league will revolutionate it . Bets on skin ,like in CS:GO. This would be an awesome idea . Thanks for your time .
