When might Riot Graves come back in the shop?

I've been wondering for awhile, especially considering the Riot skin line is strictly Pax. Riot did say that the skins come out again during events so i was wondering if and when those skins might come back out on sale again so i can save my RP for one skin. If anyone could let me know that would be appreciated
