Idea for new Champion- Gallager, The Brutal Brawler
Hello everyone, I was sitting at my house when I thought of a cool concept for a champion that I would really like to see. (Not his kit, just his basic story/look and playstyle.) Before I knew it I had basically finished him off, and came up with abilities, a passive, and names for all of them. Now, I understand that it is unlikely that anyone will even see, let alone read this, but if Riot so much as makes a champion with one thing similar that would make my day. Here is what I came up with:
Gallager, a very heavy, very close range fighter. Born in Piltover, Gallager had seen plenty of law enforcers, but was always angry when people got away with crimes due to faults on the part of the judicial system, or the authorities simply not being there to stop them. One day, he was sent over the edge. He came home to see his wife's body bleeding from the stomach heavily. Shrapnel was sticking out, and her eyes were shut. Gallager Screamed and went into a rage. He ran out of the house to find who did it, but found something else. A small building behind Gallager's house was utterly destroyed, and in the rubble was a man standing, picking the pockets of an elderly man who was dying. Gallager didn't think, and ran straight for him. As soon as he was close enough, he threw his right fist into the man's stomach. The thief doubled over in pain, but Gallager's punch was followed by a left uppercut to his now bent head. Gallager heard a crack as the man flew back and hit his head on a piece of rubble. Gallager soon realized what he had done could put him in jail, and so ran back home, and collapsed at his wife. He was sobbing heavily when he noticed hot pink writing on the shrapnel, that was almost entirely covered with blood. He wiped it off to reveal one word. Jinx. Gallager clenched his fists tightly, and his knuckles turned white. He knew what he had to do. He began to train his body to be a killing machine, that would one day stop her... no matter the cost.
Passive- One-Two Punch After using an ability, Gallger's next basic attack will do an extra 10/15/20% damage (levels 1-6/7-12/13-18) Cooldown-None
Q- Warm-up lap Gallager begins to speed up, but at the cost of damage. Gallager's movement speed increases up to 20/30/40/50/60% over 4 seconds, but as it does, his attack damage goes down by 15/20/25/30/35%. At the end of his charge, Gallager's next basic attack will do 110/115/120/125/130% (not counting passive), and push his target back a small distance. Cooldown- (During duration) 15/14/13/12/11 seconds
W- Muscle Through Gallager has learned to take pain better than anyone he has met. Every time Gallager takes damage, he heals for 5/10/15/20/25 HP while also gaining 10/20/30/40/50% attack speed. Duration 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. Each hit on an enemy champion reduces this cooldown by 1 second. (Could make it to where it only heals on Champs and lane minions to prevent Jungle dominance) Cooldown- (After duration) 24/22/20/18/16 seconds
E- Powerful Punch Gallager charges for a short time (.25-.5 seconds) and delivers a blow that deals 50/80/130/190 +(.8 bonus attack damage) and stuns for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Resets attack timer. Cooldown- 10/10/9/9/9 seconds
R- Uppercut Gallager dashes to an enemy champion (uninterupptable but still targetable) and hits him into the air for 1.5 seconds and does 150/250/350 + (.65 of total attack damage). After this hit Gallager does 10/20/30% increased damage to the target. He also gains 10/15/20% attack speed. Duration for both: 4 seconds. Cooldown- 145/120/90
Taunt- Growls and smashes fists into ground. "You're in my way. (Cue ground slam) But not for much longer!" (For Braum) "You need a shield? (Ground slam) That's not going to help." (For Alistar) "I can do that too. (Ground slam) See?" (For Jinx) "Careful little girl, (Ground slam) you might jinx yourself."
Joke(After jokes, Gallager does a lunge punch.)- "Knock knock. Get it? It's funny because I hit something." "That's a nice face you have there, it would be a shame if something were to (lunge punch) HAPPEN TO IT!"
Dance- Boxes an invisible punching bag. He darts around from side to side, and finishes with a large delayed uppercut.
That's all I have done so far. I don't have starting stats for him, or art, but if someone wants to make art for him that would totally make my year. Critiques and advice are welcome. Again I know he may never exist, but I just hope they make something like him. Can't wait to see what everyone/anyone thinks.
