This was leaked on riots BR servers. This is supposed to be the new champ Zolthan

All i got from the leak before it was taken down was his q

Q- Zolthan creates a portal that when an enemy walks over it creates minions. Sort of like yorick.

You can see both the DeviantArt logo in the middle of the picture as well as the bottom left corner of the picture. An obvious fake, not a champion or anything related to the game. Awesome drawing, though. Props to the creator.
