Different ways of getting chroma skins

Ok. So i was looking at the skins and the champs i got from my boxes today. Then i look at the store and i see that i can buy chroma skins. Not just the packs now but singular ones. So my idea was that Riot should put Chroma skins (individual) into the boxes. Just thought.
