Katarina Skin

Now I've read a few posts about it coming back but never found one with concrete evidence. So I know it's a Christmas skin, any long term players know if it's in a rotation with other skins? Or if it's coming out? It's a nice skin, and as a Katarina main mid it'll be nice to know! =D
