Riot i think you should put the Victorious skins out for sale at like 1,500 Riot Points because there are people like me that try to get to gold but can't get good teams in bronze and we try really hard but we just can't make it. It's up to you guys what you to do but this is what i suggest so please take my thought in to consideration. Thank you one of the many players of league 
I realize this post is meant for Riot, but... what you ask essentially defeats the purpose of the Victorious skins. What you're saying is like saying that a Limited Edition Product should be made available to all because some people weren't fast enough in obtaining it. Well.... that sort of defeats the purpose of "Limited Edition". I understand your trouble in bronze because I've played with bronze players before, but you'll just have to keep trying like the rest of us who worked to get Gold +.
