Is Godfist Lee sin Blind?

If you look at Lee sin skins you can clearly see an indication that he's blind in all of them... except for one. Godfist Lee sin isn't wearing anything to indicate that he's blind and you can actually see his golden eyes. I've always wondered about this because I love the skin and use it every time I play him. But if godfist Lee sin isn't blind then it ruins his image of: Lee sin, The blind monk. Tell me what you think.
