being able to trade shards

just a simple idea that i think could be cool if done right. i dont think it will be problematic with smurf since they still have to upgrade champions and such, as well as only one account being able to log in for one pc, although it could be limited to only skin shards. i think it could add alot of fun and depth into the client since the client is open almost as much as the game for some people anyways, and it could give more incentive to buy/save shards and such.
