Will Pulsefire Ezreal ever get a visual update?

Ive seen several complaints in the past year, but i havent heard anything about it recently. Ezreal is one of my most favourite champions, and when i got his Ultimate skin shortly after Hextech Craftings release, i was thrilled.

However, after using it many times it never felt like a legendary skin. I mean, the sound effects and dialogue still feel pretty modern, but the the overall textures and 'skin' itself doesnt feel up to snuff with other examples such as 'Dj Sona' or 'Spirit Guard Udyr'.

• Side Note: I totally get that the skin was released a while before the latest ultimates, but wouldn't that incite some reason for a VU?

I know there are others out there that agree this skin really needs an update, but I could really use a Rioter's response that might give me a little hope that the blonde headed boy himself will get some love too , eventually.
