Tor the Magic Tank

Another creations I posted in the Community Creations section before I saw the Skins & Champion Concepts section. So I'm posting it where it belongs.

Passive Magic Collector Whenever Tor is dealt magic damage from an ability, he stores 10% of it (to a maximum of 100/200/300). If Tor is damaged by a basic attack, his attacker takes however much damage is stored.

Storing the damage does not prevent Tor from taking it.

Q Magical Bond For the next 3/4/5/6/7 seconds, Tor takes 40% (+1% per Tor's champion level) of all damage dealt to target allied champion.

W Healing Bomb Tor throws a bomb of healing at target location. All allies who stand in the area of detonation are healed for 10/20/30/40/50 (+20% AP) health each second. The blast lasts 10 seconds.

E Numbing Bombs 20 mana 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 second cooldown Tor throws a small bomb at target location. It has a small area of detonation. Enemies who are hit by the grenade suffer 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% AP) magic damage and are rooted in place for .3 seconds.

R Magical Magnet For the next 5 seconds, Tor attracts ALL magical damaging spells cast by enemies within a range of 1200. If after the 5 seconds are up, and Tor is still alive, he emits 30/40/50% of all damage received in an area around him.

Basically, if an ally is being targeted by a magical spell, you become the target. If an enemy is throwing a skill shot at a target location, you become the new target location.
