Cool event/champ idea

What if there was an event similar to the gangplank one, but with poppy, and we can have another lore based even explaining how poppy finally realized she was the true owner of the hammer, we could get maybe a comic about her journey trying to find the hero, map update to bandle city or something, maybe even a yordle and/or hero related gamemode?
