Shyvana rework hypothetical

Hey guys, really excited for riot's upcoming content revealed at the 10th anniversary. One of the things that has got me kind of thinking was the reworks, and although volibear and fiddlesticks are coming up first (and they look preeeetty good), I was thinking of possibilities for Shyvana and wanted to hear some other opinions on how to make this hypothetical cooler. The idea right now I have going is to mix it in with the Rise of the Elements preseason changes for 2020, having her dragon shape shift based on the elements that dominate the rift, slightly altering her draconic abilities that she calls upon while transformed or while not. Kind of thinking along the lines of kayn's transformation, but maybe gets amplified by the number of dragons you assisted on. So getting dragon stole doesn't impact you as hard (including this would also allow counterplay so theres an argument to be made either way) or getting in there to do that little bit of damage would be risky, but worth your while.

Let me know if this is a dumb fantasy but Im interested in seeing other suggestions.

the main problem I can see stemming from that idea is how the transformations effect her dragon form

we have no idea right now as to the full impact that those changes will make upon gameplay outside of their direct map impacts

so far all we really know is that

Infernal will destroy certain walls and bushes Ocean will add more bushes/make bushes bigger and spawn extra honey fruit Mountain adds in some extra terrain Cloud makes certain pathways speed boost zones

plus there are the new mini buffs that dragons will give off to really show their affect on players that have been getting them

going off that, how would these changes effect a possibly reworked shyvanna using that basis that depending on which dragon is dominant on the map?

I don't think her entire kit should work differently based off the rift itself. I think that is a bit too much. I do think however her passive could work like that. Here is my idea for it All passives get the 20% dragon damage bonus. Because I feel that is very important to her play style. • Normal Rift: She deals an additional 10% to dragons (so 30% total) • Infernal Rift: Enemies she hits with her Q ignite taking X% of damage over 2 seconds scaling with Q levels and AD Wind Rift: Gives her X% CDR scaling off with champion levels • Ocean Rift: Something to do with healing scaling off champion levels • Earth Rift: She gains 5 AR and 5 MR scaling off of champion levels capping at 35 at level 18 (like her current if she killed all drakes outside of the PBE)
