Summoner spells reworked
NEW PASSIVE: "ALERT TURRET"
If heal is cast within range of a friendly turret that turret gains +20% attack speed for 4 seconds. (multiple instances of heal does not stack, instead refreshes the duraiton.)
NEW PASSIVE: "SHATTERING FORCE"
If the barrier shield is destroyed before its duration runs out, upon it being destroyed all enemies are pushed 250 units away from the center of the barrier. (blast radius is 250 untis starting from the center of the champion, increases in size as with auras.)
UPDATE:
Restores 75% of your champion's maximum mana. Also restores allies for 25% of their maximum mana. Any mana restored over your champion's maximum is gained as bonus mana for 5 seconds.
UPDATE:
Cleanse also affects all allies wihtin a 500 unit AOE around the caster. Allies do not gain the secondary component of Cleanse.
UPDATE:
Exhausts target enemy champion, reducing their movement speed by 30% and their damage dealt by 60% decaying over 2.5 seconds.
UPDATE:
cooldown reverted to 300 seconds. Multiple channeled teleports amongst allies increase the channeling time by +1 second each.

Had some time to think about summoners, not saying these are good addiitons to LoL but it was fun thinking how summoners work and what they do. Please tell me what you think!
