Improvements for chests, and the issue, Please read and comment my voice is so unheard and its bad

I understand that the title sounds like a whine, and Riot has 1000 other things to do, but this is just ridiculous, This is my second posts on forums and my voice is drowned out yet again, I am so grateful that RIOT has the chests in the first place its something they don't have to do, but this has been on my mind forever, its hard to get boxes in the first place, but then you open them and you get bad skins or champions, I feel boxes should only drop skins, and for those skins, people that you use, I have 2 legendaries and 2 epics... for people that I dont use, I know it sounds worse, because I got legendary and epic skins and I'm still complaining but I'm never ever going to use them and I only get 364 orange essence for disenchanting a LEGENDARY skin,

Coming from a support main, I know I'm never going to use, Katarina, nocturne, Viktor, skarner, fizz etc... It is not that I'm close-minded, but I used them multiple times and it is just unsatisfying, is there any way you could fix it to where you can exchange skin shards for something you actually want? I know that people could abuse this system, but it is just I've ever used 2 skins from boxes and I've played this game for a while now, and if not then at least give 1000 orange essence for disenchanting a legendary skin, if I cant use the skin I might as well just bank up orange essence in hope of getting a good skin someday,More will be added throughout the week but for now this is my opinion and others share the same idea.
