Reaper Soraka ?

Reaper Soraka is comingout part of the Demon bundle which is th last Soraka skin I need do I have to buy the bundle to get it I don't like any of the other champions listed or can I buy just that skin for her minus getting that bundle ? Also does anyone know when Champion Ahri is coming back ?
