Fisherman Blitzcrank

I mean we already have Fizzerman Fish I think Blitzcrank needs a Fisherman skin as well.

His hook arm would essentially be a fishing pole. (Perhaps complete with bobber or tackle) Perhaps we could even incorporate some rubber boots and a fishing hat to finish the skin off.

Simple idea, but I'll be damned if I don't feel like a fisherman when I play Crankman.
