[GameMode] Summoner Party

So recently I made a post about some smaller game modes, this one included which I'm going a bit more in depth in this post:

I made a small concept, which shows with my awesome Photoshop skills what it could look like, Every person gets to choose a passive, if he/she is ranged or not ranged and 4 abilities which could be out of an ability pool of existing champions which could work even without having another ability. Teemo's E, Kalista's E, Karthus' Q, Anivia's Q, .... u get the deal. In league the Summoner has always been present, supposably us summoning these champions to play for us so wouldn't it be cool to have custom made champions with abilities you can mix up however you please. It might be hard to make but I'm sure the team right now can make it happen. So I think lore wise this might be a cool concept and a really fun game mode where people can try a lot of different things.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that your Q slot can only have other champion's Q abilities, W other champion's W abilities and so on (Some champions who have abilities that only work with passive's or other abilities won't be able to be picked like Azir's Q W E or Kalista's Ult.)
