{Champion Concept] Aphorus - The Son Of Death [REPOST]
**Death in All (Passive) - **Aphorus gains 100 health (+20 each level) for each nearby allied champion. When ever a nearby enemy champion has died, Aphorus gains a stack of Death. At 3 stacks, Aphorus's next skill does 1% of the target's missing health. Aphorus slowly gains stacks overtime (1 stacks every 45 seconds).
**Death Wish (Q) - **Aphorus deals 100/120/150/180/240 magic damage to a target. Death Wish applies a small poisioning effect on the enemy for 3 seconds that deals 10 magic damage every second. Cooldown Time - 5 seconds at all ranks.
**Grim Stare (W) - **Aphorus gazes at a selected target, fearing them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, the selected target take 10% more damage from Aphorus's skills for 4 seconds. But during this 4 seconds, Aphorus loses 10% of his movespeed. Cooldown Time - 20/18/15/13/11
**Thantos's Wither (E) - **(Passive and Active) Aphorus passively gains 20% bonus Ability Power. When activated, Aphorus's skills do bonus true damage based of 5% of his maximum health. The passive is lost when Thanto's Wither is on cooldown. Cooldown Time - 30/28/25/22/20
Unholy Torture (Ultimate) - Aphorus summons 2 rings of death, the inner circle (250 units) deals 350 magic damage to all enemies within the area and also snares them for 1.5 seconds after a 2 second period. The outer circle (300 units) deals 150 magic damage and enemies within the circle are severely slowed, losing 50% of their movespeed for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown Time - 280 seconds at all ranks

Zed can ditch out a lot of burst damage in a short period of time, thus making Aphorus easy to lane against. Zed's ultimate Death Mark can also negate the AOE portions of Unholy Torture.
