I was wondering why the latest champions aren't as rememberable and iconic as before. Is it because I have been playing league for a long time? Is it just me who thinks this way?
I remember when

came out, it was great and everyone loved them! But I don't feel the same anymore with

for example.
Referring to characters as concepts and lore not just about viability in-game and such.
Taliyah got nerfed to the ground, Riot overreacted and acted too fast Kled isn't played much either but he's fine Illaoi was preseason and she's popular Sol is good, not popular but strong Ivern is just like Bard but stronger and Jhin is god tier still
taliyah sol and kled are underplayed but only taliyah has serious problems
These new characters are just about as unique. It's probably because they've only existed for a few months or less, and neither taliyah nor ivern have seen huge play, particularly in lower elo.
