The Champion that I created

Not sure if this will ever be read or considered by RiotGames, but i want to know; so to get this started. The champion that I want to create is a half human and half spirit being. Their name is Dharma. I want Dharma to be a Top/Jung Mage. Dharma's passive ability would be that, once dying, they would be able to chose to place an icon in the spot of his dead body so he can pretty TP back to the same location. Has a 5 minute CD. And the icon only last 1 minute on the map. Q- Cold Quipp- A point and click slow for 1 second. Damage per point in skill goes as following : 80/110/140/170/200* .06 ap. W-Brisk Pace- A skill shot that erupts in a circle, but doesn't deal damage on the inner or outer perimeter. Deals damage on the actual circle itself. Damage per point level : 65/90/110/140/165*.04 ap with a range of 880. E- Edged Shield- Gets a temporary shield that takes physical damage, but takes 1.5* the amount of AP damage done. Per level : 50/75/90/115/140* .05 AP. R- Quake- Passive- When Dharma slays an enemy, he gains a small percentage/small amount of Armour and MR from the enemy he has killed. Last only 5 seconds. Active- Allies and enemies in the area receive a temporary movement speed boost that lasts for 3 seconds, after the movement speed bonus is done, there is a movement speed decline for .5-1.0 sec. All enemies that are become visible to your team. Range of effect is 1200. Percentages per level gained: 35/40/45%. Decline per level: TBD.

Starting stats of Dharma will be as followed : Base hp- 581.3 (79.3 per level). Base Attack damage- 52.3(2.9 per level.) Base Armour- 28(3.1 per level) Base MR- 25(1.6 per level) Base AS- .65 (3.85% per level). Base Movement- 345.
