@Riot: Halloween skin idea for 2016

I know it's WAY too late to do these for Halloween this year, but next year is good.

First idea: Have some champions dress up as other champions to celebrate Halloween. Simply add crappy "homemade" costume pieces to the champions base skins. Use these new skins in place of the base skins for the month of October. An example would be Wukong dressed up like Garen. Paper drawings of his breastplate and shoulderpads stapled to his regular costume, cardboard sword tapes to his staff. Yells "Spin To Win" when he ults. That kind of thing. Have Lulu dress up like Annie, complete with a wig placed on top of her hat. When she makes someone big she yells "Have you seen my bear?" Hidden interaction: whenever a friendly Gnar ults she could yell "Yay! Tibbers!"

Second idea: To truly feel the horror that Halloween is supposed to impress on us, why not have a couple dozen champs dress up like Teemo? Add the hat and vest to the base skins, maybe a little makeup or recoloring. Again, just replace the base skins for a month.
