Are some skins getting removed or is it something else entirely?

So I'm a level 19 League player who doesn't play ranked because I'm scared of the community. I know I really shouldn't be talking about this (probably) and maybe this had happened before and I'm just not aware about it. And this is my first discussion on boards soooo...here we go. If I got the file working, then you would see 15 skins. These skins showed up with the "Limited Availability" option on. These was not here before a few weeks back. And in case the file isn't working here are the skins

-Rune Wars Renekton -Major Ziggs -Jailbreak Graves -Defender Leona -Jaximus -Vindicator Vayne -Fiddle Me Timbers -Prom Queen Annie -Sun Goddess Karma -Secret Agent Miss Fortune -Explorer Ezreal -Sinful Succulence Morgana -Queen Ashe -Big Bad Warwick -Guerilla Tristana

These are the skins that show up when I pressed the limited availability option. Again, you might or might not know what it means, but atleast think of it in my situation and you might understand why I picture the worst case scenario. Maybe it is something less worrying, which is why I'm asking you, the community. If you have any clue of why these skins are here please do comment. I really hope that none of these become legacy skins. Because there are some that I care about like Jaximus. Leave your thoughts in the comments.

EDIT: More skins have popped up. These includes: -Winged Hussar Xin Zhao -Imperial Lux -Obsidian Malphite -Sheriff Caitlyn -Primal Udyr -Ruthless Patheon

Its either two things, 1. a bug in the client that is showing these skins (since sometimes it'll show recently purshacesd as a champ you have had for years) or 2. these skins are going into the vault soon aka no longer in the store and will only be avalbile to purchase from time to time.

as for the "I don't play ranked" you can't until level 30 (which people have said) and you still have 11 levels to go so a lot will change in terms of skill in the game and in being comfortable in playing. As for the people who yell that'll never change, but you'll deal with them in a better way.

My advice friend, turn off all chat and just /mute all (or is it /muteall) yeah people may get mad and pissy but worse they could do is ping angrily at you, which in honest it kinda hard not to laugh at regardless of how bad you're doing.

Leagues a fun game, but if the community is getting you down best to just cut that part out of it and enjoy the game itself.

(plus you'll get so good at pinging shit since its the only form of communication so like bonus)

Omg. Look guys. I apprciate all of the advice. Really I do. But I didn't come here to talk about that. I simply brought it up to mention that I'm not the most fitting guy to talk about this. I just wondered why these skins are in the limited availability option. Again, thank you all. But can please get like...one topic related comment? Please? And I know that you probably don't know alot about it, whether or not these skins are getting removed etc. But can we talk about my lvl 19 problem another time?
