Concept: Kicking a toxic palyer

I was thinking that if there was a vote /k "Playersname" it would be put up for a vote for the entire game. If a player is being obviously toxic and trolling the team and refusing to surrender and only making the game worse for their entire team, instead they could put up a vote that needs 7/9 players to pass. The player cannot vote for themselves and they are not aware they are being kicked. When they are kicked they will receive a temporary chat ban, (which can be appeal-able upon what was done (feeding vs negative language) and a message regarding why. Afterwards the remaining team would continue on and would be allowed the chance to rightfully surrender at 15 or 18 so on. This can be implemented as early as 10 minutes, as most toxic behaviors develop early and snowball hard.

In ranked games if this method is used once in a day, then it cost no LP, the second time and after would be a full lose because learning to work with your teammates is important and its not to be abused in ranked play. If someone is kicked in ranked play they would banned from ranked play for 1 hour, if they are kicked in their very next ranked match, or any match for the proceeding hour the ban will kick in for a 24 hour term. Each time the player is kicked they are marked for a loss.

I believe this would really impact the negative attitude surrounding this game, make it less likely for people to feed and rage and give people a chance to not waste their time on a 6 v 4 game.

let me know your thoughts!

great idea except when 4 less than smart people decide you are the "problem" they would kick your ass from the game

This works in FPS...this does not work in Mobas. This is because once a game starts...you can't get a replacement player for the one you kicked.

There is no "jump in" like an FPS has where if a spot fills up someone random can take that spot. It'll still be a 4 v 5
