Candy themed Karthus skin (Candyland Karthus)

Was just an idea for a Karthus skin since he hasnt had one in ages (if you dont count his VU), and since none of the skins change the effects of his abilities :) Im not a good artist so all I have is my words xD But his Q could obviously be different color skittles (or the same color depending on if hes a friend or enemy for clarity reasons), his W could be wall of Taffy or Caramel, his E could be Cotton Candy swirling around him, and his ultimate is a bit more difficult to shift to the theme (Maybe someone can come up with a better idea for it) but could be Licorice or Chocolate being poured :) Im just hoping him and Swain as well as some others get some skins (hopefully not 750, pleasee), and thought of this idea
