See Champion Pool During Dynamic Queue

I just want to be able to see the champions I can play while others are banning and picking their champs. Is there a possibility of adding a feature that allows us to pull up our champion pool after the enemy has chosen a champion instead of waiting til your turn to pick. I feel like this would help people choose their champions faster and easier rather than taking super long to look through during the little time they have.
