[CHAMPION CONCEPT REWORK] Nobhdy, The Unkown Warrior
Like to start this off by saying this was an idea I had a while back, but after getting a comment about lack of synergy with his moveset. I decided to rework him. Here is the original link http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/5E2ABO09-champion-concept-nobhdy-the-unkown-warrior . Lore and lines are the same but not the Kit.
Lore
Nobhdy was not always his name. For the first Eight Teen years of his life his name was Ven. A proud student at the Noxian Academy of Combat and Arms (NACA for short). At this academy he far surpassed all other students in his classes, even beating out the all mighty Riven in combat, but during all this time at the academy, Ven felt something that was not there. He felt a constant emptiness in his heart, like there was something missing in his life. On the day of the academy's final exams, Ven deliberately let himself be beaten by his classmate, for his weakness he was banished from Noxious just like so many of his fellow compatriots were. He was able to band all of the broken hearts that were made there that day, and was able to make himself the captain of his compatriots. He filled them with hope and pride of finding an existence that was worthy of each of them. So together they all traveled as a band of Noxian drop outs. Each of them finding a home somewhere in Runeterra, whether it be in their rival of Demacia or in the ruins of an older species. Slowly but surely each and everyone of Ven's companions found a home somewhere. Even after granting all of these people a new chance at life, there was still one thing that was missing from Ven's life. It was the same emptiness that he had felt ever since he was a young child. It was a sense of not belonging to a single area. He never seemed to belong to an area that they had visited. That is when he realized, this sense of not belonging was for a reason. It was because he truly did not belong. Ven realized that he would live and die unknown to the world, but that would never stop him from trying to make a name for himself. He traveled alone fighting anyone that needed to be taught a lesson, but never receiving recognition for it.
Then one day, everything just changed. Ven found a tomb that seemed to be older than anything on Runeterra to date. He found ancient texts that he could not read, but he could make out the pictures that were beside them. He saw a boy that was growing up alone. The boy was depicted as creating a following beside him, but with every passing image the following became smaller and smaller. When he got to the last picture, all it showed was a sword made of gold, purely exquisite and striking in all remarks. Not too long after he saw the last picture had something caught his eye. It was the same sword that he saw in the picture, but it was locked in stone. Ven saw this as a sword of new beginnings, when he got to the stone he started to hear a voice in his head. It told him that the sword may only be lifted by one of pure heart and soul. Ven pondered what it meant but ultimately decided that he was just hearing things. He put his hands on the sword and pulled as hard as he could on it. It did not budge, but that did not make him change his mind. He heard the stone underneath the sword cracking and that he would soon have it in his grasps. Finally, the sword started to come loose, but with it came a golden light that made everything turn white. When Ven Finally awoke he found himself outside of the tomb, but it had collapsed under it's own weight apparently. He was surprised to find that the sword was in his hands and that he was its new owner. On the sword there was scripture that read. "Nobhdy is your name, Nokka is the name of this sword." Nobhdy just dismissed this and went on traveling the world.
"Nobhdy, yeah that's a fitting name." -- Nobhdy
Stats Health: 634 (+92 per level) Health Regen: 8.37 (+0.55 per level) Attack Damage: 67 (+4.335 per level) Attack Speed: 0.684 (+ 3.841% per level) Attack Range: 200 Armor: 27.04 (+3 per level) Magic Resist: 32.1 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed: 350
Abilities
Passive The Unkown Way Every time that Nobhdy casts a spell, he gains one stack of The Unknown (Stacks do not fall off). After reaching ten stacks of the Unknown, Nobhdy will permanently increase his Base AD by 5% (While this may seem op, let's check the numbers adding in all of his base AD at level 18 that equals 145.03, I think, anyways that means that he will only gain 5% of that which is 7.2515 AD. But here is the catch, the bonus damage is applied based on level. so in other words this means that you will get 5% of your current base AD and it will not increase with level.) ( To clarify how stacks work after you use the tenth stack. Basically what happens is once the tenth stack is used. (So if you are at 9 stacks then use an ability) The next ability will gain the bonus effect and stacks will go back down to zero.)
Q Remember This Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Nobhdy Quickly dashes towards his target and punches them in the face, dealing damage and slowing them for a short time. If this ability is used as the tenth stack of his Passive a bonus effect will be applied. Damage: 50/90/125/145/175 (+65% Base AD) Slow: 30% Slow duration: 2 seconds. (This ability may also be used to dash towards an ally)
Extra Effect: When used to apply the tenth stack this ability will instead make Nobhdy grab the enemy and fling them behind him. Dealing extra damage and not applying the slow. (Bonus damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (+65% Base AD) Physical damage. Units flung: 300
W Make A Mark Cooldown: 15/13/10/7/4 Upon Activation, Nokka will start to glow. Nobhdy's next basic attack upon an enemy target will deal extra magical damage and leave a mark on the target. (Marks fall off after ten seconds). Nobhdy's next ability will make that target bleed for a set amount of health. If this ability is used as the tenth stack of his Passive, it will gain a bonus effect. Damage: 50/70/100/135/180 (+80% Base AD) (Quick thing to note, if you use Make A Mark a second time before you consume the mark, it will stack and double the bonus damage) (Also this ability resets his basic attack timer) Bleed Damage for Q: 150 over 3 seconds. Bleed Damage for R: 350 over 10 seconds.
Extra effect: If used to apply the Tenth stack this ability will make Nobhdy attack twice in a row with quick succession. Both attacks apply a mark on the target, but the second attack does not gain bonus damage on it. Time between attacks: 0.2 seconds.
E The Will To Be Remembered Cooldown: 20/18/15/13/11 Nobhdy's wanting to be remembered become so strong that he gains a shield to prevent death for a short time. (Bad wording I know, but it sounds cool, right?) Shield Health: 100/150/200/250/300 (+150% Base AD) (Going back into numbers here. At level 18 you have 145.03 Base AD, so if we times that by 150%. It equals 217.545. Now that is not counting in anything such as his bonuses from the passive.) Shield duration: 4 seconds
Extra Effect: If this ability is used as the Tenth stack of Nobhdy's Passive. Nobhdy will increase the shield health and duration. Also, if he uses the shield below 25% health and it is the tenth stack, the shield and all bonuses will double. But the shield will decay with time. Shield Health for tenth stack: 150/200/250/300/350 (+200% Base AD) Shield Health for tenth stack and 25% health: 200/300/400/500/600 (+300% Base AD) Shield decay time if used under 25% health: 100 health every 1 second. Increased time if only used for tenth stack: 5 seconds (Meaning that it is available for 5 seconds, not that it lasts 5 seconds longer).
R Be Remembered Cooldown: 180/120/60 Nobhdy lets loose his ultimate ability making him run around the battlefield recklessly (In an area roughly the size of Rumble's ultimate, but a bit bigger on the height ratio and a bit less on the length, I would say take 200 off the length and add 200 to the height of Rumble's ult). All enemies in this area will receive Physical damage that deals more damage based on what their max health is compared to Nobhdy's. Once the effect ends, there will lay a permanent signature of Nobhdy on the ground. (In other words, he starts going around recklessly and deals damage, after the effect ends a mark of his name is marked into the ground for the rest of the game). Regular Damage: 100/200/300 (+70% Bonus AD) If max health is lower then Nobhdy's Max health: 125/225/325 (+ 75% Bonus AD) If Max health is higher then Nobhdy's max health: 175/275/375 (+100% Bonus AD) Duration: 4 seconds.
(To go more in depth about what this does, Nobhdy will still be able to be targeted while he is using this effect, he basically moves around the area at the speed of a Master Yi with his ult up. It does not matter where in the effect you are, because you will take damage as long as you are in the effect.)
Cast Range is the exact same as Rumble's cast range. I think that is like around 1000 or 1100 (IDK).

Gameplay
You can take Nobhdy in one of two positions. Either Jungle or Toplane.
For Toplane it is better to take his Q first, so that you can engage the enemy when they are out of position for early ganks. For Toplane it would be best to level his abilities in maxing Q first, then E to give you early sustain in teamfights and finally max out the W. taking R at 6, 11, and 16. Now this is only if you are going to be the tank, if you are planning to do damage, then you should be taking it in this order: Maxing W first, then Q then E.
For Jungle you would want to take his W first, to get early damage on jungle monsters, but you are getting his Q maxed first so that you can gank easily at early levels due to the low cooldown. Taking E after maxing Q and then maxing W last. Now if you are not planning to be the tank you would still take W first, but you would max W then Q then E all while taking R at 6, 11, and 16.
Starting Items
For Toplane, if you are going to be the tank you would want to take:
and 1
and take the
trinket so you can avoid ganks from the jungler.
For Jungle you will take the same items no matter what you are going to be:
and 3
then take either the
trinket or the
trinket.
For Toplane if you are planning to be a non tank then you can take:
and 3
and the
trinket.
Essential Items
No matter what you are planning to do. One item is pretty essential to his kit.
due to the reduction of armor and the addition of health, it helps him deal more damage through all of his abilities. Also it will just be godly on his ultimate.
For boots your choices are limited, no matter if you are tank or not you should be getting
or
just so that you have the tankyness in lane and teamfights.
For the last essential item you would want a tanky item to allow you to have sustain. Against heavy AD I would go with
against a heavy AP I would go
or
.
If you are going to jungle I would go
for tank and
for damage.
Situational Items
If you are going to go damage, the best items to get would be
and
Hydra for the extra spread damage. Serrak's since it increases Base AD and Nobhdy is completely Base AD, and trinity force because it will allow him to keep up with the teamfights,
If you are going to go tank you should build this against heavy AD
and
. Against a heavy AP team you should go
or
depending on which one you did not get for essential items.
to give more damage and that cure and finally
to give both armor and mr. (Also the Z'Zrot portal to make one lane a night mare MWAHAHAHAHAHAH)
Team Fights
Since there is only two possible ways of building Nobhdy, tank and damage, these are how I would picture him in a team fight.
Tank: As the tank you are most likely the initiator as well. So you would start off by using your Q to either get the drop on an out of position enemy, or to simply get to their frontline and start being the boss you are. After you are done initiating, you should proc your E so that you do not start taking their full force at the very beginning. Then afterwards, use your W to get some damage on to the enemies, and your Q to either quickly switch targets or to chase down an enemy.
Damage: As the Damage, you will most likely not be the one engaging, unless you see their ADC or Mage heavily out of position. You will be waiting for your actual initiator to initiate. After they have done so, you will try to get to their backline easily by using your Q. Then using W and Q whenever they get off of cooldown to help give you the most damage. Then you would use your E, incase they start to focus you way to hard, and your Q incase you need to back (Since it has the ally cast).
Well that seems to be all for me. If you want to see more of my concepts then take a look right here:
