In my understanding, Riot makes a victorious skin for a champion that was impactful during the season. My best guest is Rek'sai (for surviving all the jungle meta-shifts resulting from the buffs/nerfs of the jungle enchants (but maybe not, sated devourer is yet to be seen)), but Annie, Gragas and Tresh all have a good chance. Maybe viktor (have you seen TDK Ninja lately?) but nobody really knows.

I'd say Azir has been very impactful in this season, if not a Victorious skin he's a good candidate for a Championship skin.

Creator Viktor is his Viktorious skin... because his laser hit box and desync is soooo bad that it lags into people and hits them at funny angles ALL THE TIME and dishes out a TON of free damage lmao

Well so far 50% of victorious skins have been supports (Morg and Janna). And the other 50% were jungle (Elise and J4). So as long as its a mid/top/adc idgaf what they do.

It wont be Viktor, as all of you know, Viktor is known as a mid-laner. Riot has made the Victorious skins around lanes. Victorious Janna is the Support, Victorious Morgana is the Middle, Victorious Jarvan IV is the Top, and Victorious Elise is the Jungle. Thus meaning that the next Victorious skin will be an ADC.

Yes, I do know that Morgana is a support but Victorious Janna was already made for the support role of the Victorious skin team. Therefore, you are wrong with how Morgana is the support and not the middle.
