Champs that need an update.

- Has silence that is extremely long and can hit multiple people also silences were removed from a lot of champs due to how op it is against certain champs. Also he has a long range d.p.s. stun which last for to long and makes it nearly impossible to 1v1 him unless you are a tank. (unlike most mid laners). Another problem with malz is the e ability because it clears entire waves of minions early game and very strong when combined with his multitude of d.p.s. and crowd control abilities.
