Omen Ability Concept (I know he was cancelled but I love him)

I have come up with so abilities for Omen based on the class of Zerg in Starcraft 2. I did not take everything from them but I did try to get a few concept ideas from them. Oh and the numbers are kinda made up, not too good but a general idea for ya. I hope you like them and please give me some feedback. Thanks. Passive: (I don't have a clue to be honest. I can't think of one.)

Q:Slash 7/6.5/6/5/4.5 Sec CD Omen strikes the target with his tail doing 70/100/130/160/190 damage +60%% of Omens Attack Damage and Slows 30% for 3 Sec

W:Blood Hunt Omen gains 5/10/15/20/25 Attack Damage and 10/15/20/25/30 movement speed for 4/5/6/7/8/9 Sec.

E:Undermine Omen goes underground becoming untargetable and in the next few seconds can dig to an enemy champion knocking them up for 3.5 seconds and doing 80/110/140/170/200 + 50% of his AP damage.

R:Spike Storm Passive: Omen has increased 5% Attack Damage. Active: Omen sends out spikes all around him, impaling all enemies surround him for 75/150/225 +30% AD, and slows 25% for 2.5 Sec. Also all impaled enemies have the spikes left in them, having them take a bonus 50/100/150 damage on the next auto-attack that hits them.

Please tell me what you think of my abilities.

And Riot I fell in love with Omen the moment I saw him and I think you can make a good champion out of him... Please take another look.

What do people see in Omen that is so amazing? He is a red mess with spikes on his back, nothing special abut him. Anyways, onto your kit.

Q is a Ctrl-C Ctrl-V of Darius's W. W is a bland, unexciting steroid. E is a strange ability that does not fit the rest of his kit at all, just a poor excuse to have invulnerability. R is a possibility for a cool mechanic, but with this kit, just becomes another soft CC steroid.

Altogether, these abilities promote a boring playstyle. CS in lane with no real tools to harass the enemy, or farm jungle with Q. When a fight does happen to come, just press WRQ and use abilities (sans E) on cooldown, because the lack of combo mechanics or big-impact spells negates the need for restraint. In teamfights this character would press R then attempt to damage enemies by using the same bland button mash.

I see. Well this is the first champion concept I have made. I'm glad to see some feedback. I will return with something better hopefully. Thank you and have a nice day ( well night where I am).

I think Omen is a cool idea, and still could and should be released. I have a few ideas for him here.

   His Q should be three short consecutive skill shots, and if he hits all three, the target of the last one takes extra damage and is slowed. 

    His W should be a burst of spikes around him, dealing damage to all enemies in the burst.

    His E should be a targeted dash that gives the enemy a pod. After 3 seconds the pod bursts dealing damage and spawning a lesser demon, which attacks nearby enemies.

    Finally, his ultimate ability should be him blinking in and out of inadvisability randomly, and every time he comes out, he deals AOE damage, and getting empowered basic attacks.
